DISLF Fundraiser Announced

DAUPHIN ISLAND, Ala. — The Dauphin Island Sea Lab Foundation (DISLF), which supports the Dauphin Island Sea Lab in its mission to provide wise stewardship of the marine environment through education and research, is holding Cocktails with Critters, its major fundraiser, on May 5 at 6-9 p.m. at the Bluegill Restaurant in Spanish Fort. There will be live music, hors d’oeuvres, wine and beer. Sponsorships are being accepted, and a portion of the proceeds raised this year will be used to fund student scholarships and other projects at the sea lab. An associated virtual silent auction is being held on April 27-May 4. Tickets are $50 in advance and $55 at the door.
