“Yes” Opens Fall Application Process

MOBILE, Ala. — The next class of the City of Mobile’s YES (Youth Empowered for Success) internship program will run from November 1 – December 16, and applications are now being accepted. Mobile-based employers and juniors and seniors in college are asked to complete an application to participate in the fall program. It will pay interns $11 an hour for up to 20 hours a week. Most recently, 104 local students worked with staff and gained hands-on experience in 27 different city departments.
