Burton Property Group Buys Baldwin County Land

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala — Burton Property Group, a Southeast-based real estate development firm, has purchased a 102-acre tract on the Foley Beach Expressway, directly across from OWA, for $8.1 million. Jamie Smith and Amber Brown of Roberts Brothers Inc. represented the sellers. The prime commercial site is in a designated “Opportunity Zone” and is centrally located in one of the fastest-growing destinations in Baldwin County.
