Mobile Film Office Names OOH Video Most Festive

The Mobile Film Office recently congratulated the Original Oyster House (OOH) for winning the Eva award for the holiday video “The Christmas Song, OOH Version” sung by Dre Lawson, the dining room manager of the Causeway OOH. The classic song’s lyrics were rewritten by Cecilia Mace, OOH marketing director. The video, also produced by Mace, summarized the 2021 year in review. The Eva Award is named after Eva Golson, the Mobile Film Office’s first director. Golson retired last April after 47 years of service, which included 178 movies, TV series, music videos, documentaries and commercials filmed locally.
