Thompson Engineering Announces Leadership Changes

Thompson Engineering, a multi-disciplined engineering firm with offices in eight Southeastern states, has announced changes to its leadership team. Michael V. Manning has been promoted to president of Thompson Engineering. Manning’s 35-year career includes 26 years with Thompson Engineering, during which he earned positions leading its engineering and architecture division and, before that, business development. The position of president was previously held by John Baker, who remains CEO of Thompson Engineering, as well as chairman, president and CEO of parent company Thompson Holdings. Additionally, Kendall Kilpatrick, PE, has joined Thompson Engineering as executive vice president leading the company’s buildings and infrastructure practice; Scott Hardy, PE, has been promoted to senior vice president responsible for Thompson’s engineering practice and the growth of the company’s western region in Louisiana, Texas, Alabama and Mississippi; Tiffany Seibt and was named vice president leading Thompson’s environmental practice; and Chris Dugger has been named vice president of field services.
