John M. Delchamps of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. leased a 1,434-ft2 prime retail space in Downtown Fairhope’s Section Place to The Threaded Oyster. This boutique offers custom; handmade; and “permanent” jewelry, which is a custom-fit piece cut to size, micro-welded and made to never be removed. The neighboring stores in Section Place include Cactus Cantina Mexican Grill, Section Street Pizza, Monkees of Fairhope and the Kind Cafe. There are also upscale clothing boutiques, antique shops, restaurants and banks nearby. Section Place is leased and managed by Merrill P. Thomas.
