Thomas Co., Inc. and David Tunstall of McAleer Tunstall Co., LLC represented the seller (local investors) of a Schillinger Road South property to Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers (Bama Real Estate Schillinger, LLC) for $647,500. This area of West Mobile is booming with retail and big-box retailers that offer a regional-market presence. The site is also in proximity to Providence Hospital and the Mobile Regional Airport.
