Oakworth Named A Best Workplace

Oakworth Capital Bank, which is headquartered in Birmingham and has a branch in Mobile, has been recognized by American Banker as No. 2 in its national “Best Banks to Work For” list. This is the ninth consecutive year Oakworth has made the list since the list was launched in 2013. This distinction is based on comprehensive surveys measuring workplace engagement, satisfaction and culture across participating financial institutions. Oakworth said that 88% of its associates spoke to American Banker for this survey and that feedback reflected a consistent theme of trust, collaboration and pride in Oakworth’s culture.
