ACF Wetland Compliance Workshop Set

The Alabama Coastal Foundation (ACF) is offering continuing-education Wetland Compliance Workshops on October 20. The regular course focuses on wetland regulation, permitting and compliance regulations. It costs $35 and can be attended virtually. Those who stay for the advanced workshop will see such additional topics as permitting issuance, riparian rights, mitigation and interpretation of the new 2020 “Waters of the US” rule covered. They will be charged a total of $50, and lunch will be included. ACF said its first virtual workshop in June was evaluated highly and urges those interested to register now before capacity is reached.
