Little Lagoon Shoreline Workshop Coming Up

The Mississippi State University Extension is holding a Living Shorelines Property Owner Workshop on April 14 at 5-7 p.m. at the Gulf Shores Activity Center. Attendees may learn about living shorelines and how they can combat erosion and about the extension’s technical assistance and cost-share options. Through the extension’s living shoreline technical assistance program, property owners can receive free shoreline assessment, a living shoreline design and living shoreline permitting assistance. Food will be served at approximately 5:30 p.m.
