Hancock Whitney Offers Nonprofit Grants

For the eighth consecutive year, Hancock Whitney, in partnership with the Greater New Orleans Foundation, is accepting competitive grant applications from eligible nonprofits with missions to address food insecurity, workforce development, non-sports youth programs or core teams, which are supported by AmeriCorps volunteers across the five Gulf Coast states the bank serves. The application deadline for the grants, each up to $25,000 and totaling $200,000, is October 29. The foundation manages the grant application process, and Hancock Whitney reviews applications and awards grants to qualifying nonprofits according to a competitive assessment that measures overall community impact. A brief tutorial for applicants by the foundation’s technology partner, Foundant, is available here.
