Harty Carpenter Group Named To Forbes Top List

Mobile-based S. Wesley Carpenter’s Merrill Lynch wealth management team, the Harty Carpenter Group, was recently named to the 2026 Forbes “Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams” list. The team has offices in Fairhope, Birmingham and Pensacola. Carpenter lives in the former and serves as the group’s managing director and wealth management advisor. He also serves on the boards of Coastal 150, the Fairhope/Point Clear Fund and the Community Foundation of South Alabama. He is active with the Business Council of Alabama, the Coastal Alabama Partnership, the Eastern Shore Art Center, the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, the Mobile Big Game Fishing Club, the Senior Bowl and St. Lawrence Catholic Parish.
