Mobile Businesses Eligible For First Horizon Contest

MOBILE, Ala. — First Horizon Corp. announced it is giving away $1 million in total cash prizes through a contest called “Back to Business,” intended to recognize and celebrate resilient businesses in First Horizon’s regional footprint, The Ritz Herald reported. Mobile is among cities in Alabama that are eligible. Anthony Restel, president of the company’s regional banking division, explained, “As we kick off a new year and finalize our merger of equals with IBERIABANK, we are taking this opportunity to reward local businesses that contribute to the vitality of our communities.” Entries, in which a business only needs to submit a photo and a 100-word-or-less description of how it will use the money if it wins, are being accepted through February 15. Fifty finalists from each eligible area will be selected to advance to public voting.
