Quest Performance Strategies, LLC recently celebrated its business opening in Fairhope with a ribbon cutting. CEO John Hibbard brings 30 years of corporate experience as an executive coach and leadership expert supporting executive-level managers of national organizations, as well as family-owned companies and startups. He specializes in sales, operational process and business development. Hibbard published his book Sell Stronger during the pandemic and used it as a springboard to start Quest. He provides complimentary discovery sessions and works with individuals, teams and entire organizations. He also speaks on a regular basis as a keynote and corporate speaker and is a trainer for companies nationwide.
