Central Baldwin Chamber Awards $8,900 In Scholarships

The Central Baldwin Chamber of Commerce has announced the awarding of eight scholarships totaling $8,900 to seniors in its 2024-2025 Junior Executive Youth Leadership Program. The chamber said the scholarships are based on a rigorous point-based system, recognizing students for their outstanding participation, academic achievement, community service and leadership skills. This year’s recipients are Maddie Hobbs (Robertsdale), attending Coastal Alabama Community College (CACC); Hope Giardina (Robertsdale), attending the University of South Alabama; Samuel Glassford (Silverhill), attending Belmont University in Nashville; Cady Buck (Loxley), attending CACC; Megan Urbin (Loxley), attending Auburn University; Kendall Tolbert (Loxley), attending Auburn University; Marlin Younce (Summerdale), attending CACC; and Faith Gailey (Robertsdale), attending CACC.
