Foley Main Street Events Help Prepare For Downtown Development

FOLEY, Ala. — Community foundation Foley Main Street, Inc., and its sponsors, community partners and the City of Foley are preparing for “Envision Downtown Foley,” a planning initiative to help visualize the possibilities for the community. It is soliciting input from those in the city in an effort to enhance the downtown area as a place to visit, work, live, play, do business and invest via a survey that takes approximately 10 minutes or less to complete. The survey ends April 5, and all information is collected anonymously. Results will be shared during the Envision Downtown Foley Public Forum on April 25 at 6 p.m. at the Foley Civic Center, when Downtown Foley development opportunities will be discussed. Next, there will be an Envision Downtown Foley open house on April 28 inviting people to stop by anytime during 5-7 p.m. to view, discuss and comment on displayed concepts.
