Baldwin EMC Seeking Proposals

Baldwin County Electric Membership Corporation (Baldwin EMC), is seeking to engage the services of one or more qualified contractors to provide Electric Distribution System Restoration Services. A complete scope of services is incorporated into the request for proposals (RFP). Interested persons or entities may obtain a copy of the RFP by contacting Brian Seals at 251-989-6247 or by downloading it here. Baldwin EMC intends to use federal assistance provided through the Federal Emergency Management Administration’s (FEMA) Public Assistance program to fund the resulting contract. As such, all work must be completed in compliance with FEMA’s rules and guidance, as well as federal laws, regulations, executive orders and cost principles. Proposals are due by 2:30 p.m. on August 12.
