Baldwin Girls Build Camp Returns For Second Year

The Professional Women in Building (PWB) council, part of the Baldwin County Home Builders Association (BCHBA), has announced the return of the Baldwin Girls Build camp for its second-annual installment. Set to take place on June 3-7, the camp aims to inspire and empower young girls by providing hands-on exposure to the diverse opportunities within the construction industry. Last year’s inaugural camp hosted 18 girls in 7th, 8th and 9th grades. This year’s camp will offer a comprehensive curriculum, including hands-on building activities, workshops and mentorship opportunities. PWB is led by a dedicated chairperson and a board composed of influential women including Marsha Jordan, BCHBA executive vice president, Stephanie Hale from Coastal Stone, Nancy Grace from BankPlus, Alicia Stone from Swift Supple, Jennifer Valere from Valere Homes and Amy Smith from Engel & Volker.
