Port Authority Personnel Changes

John Driscoll, director and CEO of the Mobile-based Alabama State Port Authority, announced that Beth Ann Frisher will join its senior management team as chief commercial officer, effective February 18. Prior to joining the authority, Frisher served as the head of business development and international marketing at the Port of Oakland. She also spent more than 15 years with AP Moller-Maersk in both Europe and North America directing sales and marketing, business process and pricing initiatives.

Judith Adams

Her responsibilities involve all commercial activities. Driscoll also named Judith Adams vice president of internal/external affairs for the authority. Adams will lead government relations and port-wide administration for buildings services, service contracts and internal policy development. She will continue to manage the authority’s community and public affairs, internal and external communications, public policy and events, and serve as the port’s economic development liaison.

Bill Inge

Finally, Driscoll realigned internal operations: Bill Inge will continue to serve as vice president of general cargo and intermodal, leading those operations, but Driscoll added Theodore terminals and operating-lease terminal management to Inge’s responsibilities.
