Infirmary Cancer Care Adds Khan

Infirmary Cancer Care, an affiliate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) O’Neal Cancer Center, has added Dr. Usman Khan, a board-certified hematologist and medical oncologist, to its team of cancer care providers. Khan brings years of experience in managing a range of cancers, including breast, lung and colon cancers, as well as significant expertise in benign hematologic disorders and a special clinical interest in multiple myeloma. He also held leadership roles as sub-division chief of the hematology and oncology section and as clinical research coordinator for the cancer center at NMMC, where he played an integral role in advancing clinical care and research.
