Pain Management Specialist To Host Public Talks In Baldwin County

Dr. Elliott Pennington, fellowship-trained pain management specialist with the Baldwin Bone & Joint orthopaedic team, will be speaking at two public lunch-and-learn events in Baldwin County. “Understanding Chronic Pain – Offering Hope Through Relief and Management Tools” will be held on September 13 at the Foley Senior Center and on September 19 at the Orange Beach Adult Activity Center. Both talks will be held from 11 a.m. until noon. A native of the Gulf Coast, Pennington earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and a medical degree from the University of South Alabama. He completed a clinical anesthesia residency and fellowship training in interventional pain medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Society of Anesthesiologists and American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
