Three USA Health Providers Elected To AOA Honor Medical Society

 Three USA Health providers who practice internal medicine within the academic health system were recently elected to membership in the Beta Chapter of the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society in recognition of their excellence in clinical practice, teaching and leadership. They are Dr. Anna Foust, Dr. Taylor Cook and Dr. Haris Manan. AOA is a medical honor society that recognizes the work of a select group of practitioners each year who are dedicated to healthcare and education. AOA adds more than 4,000 new members annually to 132 chapters across the U.S. Foust is a graduate of the University of South Alabama (USA) Frederick P. Whiddon College of Medicine and treats patients at USA Health University Hospital. She is a specialist in internal medicine and now serves as an associate professor of pediatrics and internal medicine at the college. Cook is a pulmonary disease and critical care fellow at University Hospital. Manan is a third-year internal medicine resident.
