Press & Co. Announces Grand Opening

Press & Co., a new organic café and cold-pressed juicery at 711 Belrose Avenue in Olde Towne Daphne, will open to the public on August 12. Weekday hours are 7:15 a.m.-4 p.m., and the café will be closed on Tuesday. Weekend hours are 7:15 a.m.-1:45 p.m. Its offerings will include an all-organic menu of cold-pressed juices, Amavida roasted coffee, loose-leaf specialty teas, smoothies, a full breakfast menu, small bites, bowls and salads, bites on bread and craft cocktails. Executive Chef Hunter Harris’s menu focuses on organic, healthy dishes. Hunter is a graduate of Louisiana Culinary Institute and, most recently, has been executive chef at restaurants in Baldwin County and New Orleans. Press & Co. is owned by Kimberly Cox, a Daphne resident. Alex Pikul, owner of Kind Café in Fairhope, is Press & Co.’s operating partner.
