Spot of Tea, a Downtown Mobile restaurant that has served popular breakfast and lunch fare on Dauphin Street for nearly 30 years, is set to expand, according to the Downtown Mobile Alliance’s Downtown Lowdown. Owner Tony Moore recently announced that franchise opportunities will soon be available, and a video was posted on the restaurant’s Facebook page teasing, “The winds of change are blowing down Dauphin Street!"
