Byrne Rejoins Adam And Reese In Mobile

Former Republican Congressman Bradley Byrne is rejoining Adam and Reese, LLP’s Mobile firm as a special counsel, the firm recently announced. Byrne will be a member of its “Intersection of Business and Government Practice” group, focusing on representing a range of clients in government relations and economic development matters. AL.com reported that Byrne said the move “feels like returning home.” He had more than 30 years of private practice experience, some as a leader in the firm’s Mobile office, before his election to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2013. After serving four terms in the House, he chose not to seek reelection to his seat and ran for but did not win a U.S. Senate seat. Britton Bonner, a partner at the firm’s Mobile office, said Byrne’s “track record serving as a passionate advocate for Alabama businesses, educational institutions and other organizations makes him a great fit with our team at Adams and Reese.” Adams and Reese is a multidisciplinary law firm with nearly 270 attorneys and advisors throughout the South and in Washington, D.C.
