Hand Arendall Harrison Sale Adds To Business Section

Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC recently announced Chase Pritchard has joined the firm’s business section as an associate. Pritchard assists clients in a wide variety of transactional matters, including real estate, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and entity formation. Before joining the firm, Pritchard served as vice president and in-house counsel for an international construction company that specialized in industrial and port construction. He also serves as vice president of St. Mary’s Knights of Columbus and is on the board of directors for the Rapahope Children’s Retreat Foundation, both of Mobile.
