According to the Mobile Bar Association, Judge Mark Erwin was recently sworn in as Mobile County Probate Court judge. He is the 29th person to serve as judge of the Mobile County Probate Court. He previously served as the chief probate clerk. Additionally, Erwin announced that Melissa Lindquist-King will serve as chief clerk of Mobile County Probate Court. Also, District Court Judge C. Zack Moore will now serve as presiding District Court judge of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court of Alabama due to the resignation of Judge Spiro Cheriogotis.
