The American Advertising Federation (AAF) Mobile Bay is hosting "The Inclusion Advantage" on November 16 at 11:30 a.m. at the Original Oyster House on the Causeway. In conjunction with United Cerebral Palsy of Mobile, Inc., the event is planned to help attendees change the way they think about disability and inclusivity in business. Led by Jennifer Cooley, it will delve into the importance of understanding disability. The organizers point out that one in five Americans has a disability, yet it’s often the most overlooked aspect of diversity and inclusion.
