Portside Advertising Hires Social Media Content Manager

Portside Advertising in Fairhope has announced the addition of Lori Buhring as social media content manager. With more than 10 years of advertising and marketing experience, she most recently served as a sports anchor and reporter at WTXL ABC 27 in Tallahassee, Fla. Her previous employment includes reporting, producing and live radio broadcasting. Buhring is a graduate of the University of South Alabama, where she received a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and sociology in 2013. She said, “Having great content is arguably the most important part of your marketing efforts. Content not only helps you build trust and connect with your target audience, but also acts as fuel for your other marketing strategies. It’s essential to give it the attention it deserves.”
