Red Square Announces Merger

MOBILE, Ala. — Mobile advertising agency Red Square recently announced a merger with Foundry, a Reno, Nevada-based firm. According to the announcement, the combined company is now the largest gaming-focused advertising agency in the country. The merger represents the next chapter for both agencies, creating scale and generating growth through new service lines. Existing agency leadership will remain in place, and Rich Sullivan and Jim Bauserman will continue as equity owners. The merger was completed with investment teams from Six Pillars Partners and Merit Capital Partners. Red Square has been a presence in Downtown Mobile for several years, and the Downtown Mobile Alliance suggests it will be moving into a new office on St. Louis Street.
