Cornhole Tournament To Benefit Cancer Research

The inaugural LS Charitable Cornhole Tournament is taking place on April 29 at 10 a.m. at the University of South Alabama (USA) Jaguar Training Center in Mobile. The double-elimination tournament will be limited to the first 36 two-person teams that enter. The cost of entry is $250 per team, which includes entry and food and drink tickets. The top team will receive a $1,000 prize, and second place will receive $500. The event will include food, a raffle, live music, a children’s area and a silent auction. All proceeds will benefit neurologic cancer research at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Department of Neurosurgery and USA Health Mitchell Cancer Institute.
