Impact100 Mobile To Award $117,500 To A Nonprofit

Impact100 Mobile will award a grant of $117,500 to one of five nonprofit finalists at its annual meeting on March 28 at 6:30 p.m. at Spring Hill College’s Byrne Hall in Mobile. Presentations will be made from the following nonprofit finalists: the Dumas Wesley Community Center; the Student Conservation Association; The CORE Project; United Cerebral Palsy; and the Via Health, Fitness, and Enrichment Center. Following the presentations, members will vote for the nonprofit they feel is most deserving, and the grant recipient will be announced at the end of the program. Impact100 Mobile is made up of a diverse group of women of all ages, stages of life, income levels and backgrounds who help fund transformational grants to eligible nonprofits in Mobile County. Last year, the organization awarded its first grant of $102,000.
