68 Ventures Announces Operational Change For Terracore

68 Ventures has announced a change with one of its operating companies, TerraCore Development Services of Daphne. TerraCore is the single-family lot development arm of 68 Ventures and has been responsible for the development of more than 7,500 lots. The decision was made alongside Will Lowery to transition Lowery and the entire TerraCore team back under the 68 Ventures brand. Once its own entity, the TerraCore brand will be dissolved; however, Lowery is to continue to lead as the managing director of single-family residential development, and his team is to remain completely intact.
