Altapointe Buys Medical Office On Providence Hospital Campus

Pratt Thomas of Merrill P Thomas Co., Inc., represented the seller (a local investor) in the purchase of a medical practice office building by Altapointe Health Systems, Inc., located at 6908 Providence Park Drive South on the campus of Ascension Providence Hospital. The purchase price for the 14,000-ft2 office was $5.375 million.
