Baldwin County Apartment Complex Sold

Georgia-based Henssler Capital acquired Palladian at Daphne, a 120-unit multifamily rental community in Daphne, for $31 million, AL.com reported. Craig Hey and Jimmy Adams of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sellers, Hathaway and Lynx Capital of Atlanta, in the transaction. During Hathaway’s ownership, the property was professionally managed by Provence Real Estate, a third-party property management firm that specializes in multifamily assets. Built in 2017, Palladian at Daphne has attached garages and ground-floor entry.
