Baldwin Realtors Renews And Certifies Specialists

Baldwin REALTORS recently held certification and renewal courses for its Baldwin County Certified Specialist (BCCS) program. Established in 2020, this program certifies agents in their knowledge, experience and commitment to one of three real estate “areas” in Baldwin County—”Resort,” “Eastern Shore” and “Rural.” Fourteen members took the initial certification classes, and eight took the renewal course to renew their existing BCCS certification for two more years. Before officially earning the title of Baldwin County certified specialist, new participants must also take two days of online courses in their area of certification. To be eligible for renewal, REALTORS must represent 18 or more buyers or sellers in real estate transactions in their area of certification over the past two years, complete a renewal application documenting their association and community involvement and complete a daylong renewal course.
