Commercial Real Estate Update

Levin Rinke Realty of Pensacola recently expanded into 3,728 ft2 of office space. The group signed a five-year extension within the SCI Building located at 220 West Garden Street in Pensacola. The expansion and extension were handled by Jason Scott of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. Additionally, Uptown Urgent Care leased 3600 ft2 at Hillwood Shopping Plaza at 2370 Hillcrest Road, Suite M in Mobile, according to Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the landlord.
