The property sold for $705,256 and will be held as an investment. Previously, it was the site of a Ramada Inn and has high visibility with service road access to I-10. It was noted the property is convenient to the Mobile Downtown Airport; Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley; Airbus Final Assembly Line Plant; U.S. Army Reserve; Daher Aerospace; and numerous restaurants, hotels and businesses.
