Thomas Co. represented both the seller (Biao Xu) and buyer (RPM Investments) in the sale of the standalone office building with a brick front, metal siding and metal roof at 2463 Eslava Creek Parkway in Mobile for $200,000. The office is approximately 2,676 ft2, and the warehouse is 1,200 ft2. RPM Investments is an owner/investor and has purchased the property as an investment.
