Mike Reid of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc., represented both the landlord (a private company) and tenant (Excel Beach Service) in the lease of 18270 County Road 12 in Foley. This is a 4,480-ft² industrial building featuring office, showroom and warehouse space. Excel Beach Service is a locally owned and operated provider of beach and bonfire experiences along the Gulf Shores, Perdido Key, 30A and Destin coastlines. It offers a range of services including beach chair, umbrella and side table rentals, as well as paddleboard rentals and beach bonfire setups.
