Groundbreaking Held For Waterway West Village District

GULF SHORES, Ala. — Legendary Marina and Yacht Club of Destin, Florida, hosted a groundbreaking ceremony this week for its newest development of the Waterway West Village District at 350 Waterway West Boulevard in Gulf Shores. The event marked the first phase of the multipurpose development that will serve as the hub for the Waterway West Village District Town Center. The development will encompass a modern marina and outdoor event venue, as well as future amenities for both commercial and residential plans, including exciting new restaurants with both indoor and outdoor dining.
