Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, recently announced the sale of Magnolia Farms, a 50-site RV park nestled between Gulf Shores and Fairhope. The property sold for an undisclosed price. Daniel Smith, an investment specialist in the firm’s Birmingham office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the out-of-state owner, who was looking to divest his assets in the market. Smith also procured the buyer, an international investor aiming to grow its portfolio across the region. Magnolia Farms is located at 13381 Lipscomb Road in Foley.
