Mobile Gulf Coast MLS Announces Agreement With Florida, Georgia

Stellar MLS, the largest multiple listing service (MLS) in Florida; FMLS, the largest MLS in Georgia; and the Mobile Area Association of Realtors’ Gulf Coast MLS (GCMLS) have launched a data-sharing agreement. Under the new agreement, brokers and agents affiliated with Stellar MLS and GCMLS will have access to each other’s listing databases. The expanded alliance among these MLSs empowers brokers and agents to view listings beyond their immediate areas of expertise and make referrals to agents with local knowledge. GCMLS officials believe this three-way data-sharing agreement will have a significant impact on the Southeastern real estate market, fostering collaboration and enhancing the opportunities available to brokers, agents and clients.
