According to AL.com, an out-of-town investor paid $900,000 for 8 acres on the Baldwin Beach Express in Robertsdale just south of Interstate 10, according to Tim Herrington of Herrington Realty. In Summerdale, a local investor paid $450,000 for 30 acres on Shiver Road, according to Herrington Realty, which represented the seller. eXp Realty of Gulf Shores worked for the buyer. In Gulf Shores, leasing has begun on the new Aviles Townhomes, a 67-unit rental development on Fort Morgan Road just west of Highway 59, according to Stacey Ryals of Ryals Realty, the managing partner of the project. In Orange Beach, Top Tier Water Sports is seeking planning approval to develop a 50-space parking lot, a retail and office building and docks on Cotton Bayou for boat rentals and dolphin cruises at 26023 Perdido Beach Boulevard, according to the Gulf Shores Planning Commission. In Mobile, Ashland Main Street, LLC, is developing a 4,000-ft2 medical office building for Kids Street Urgent Care at 109 North Florida Street, according to Vallas Realty. The new building will be across from the Midtown Publix at Old Shell Road and Florida Street. This will be the second Kids Street location in the Mobile market.
