In Gulf Shores, a four-bedroom house on 1.8 acres on Little Lagoon sold at auction for $852,500, according to William Bone, president of International Auction based in Gadsden, Alabama. In Orange Beach, an investor is seeking site plan review approval to convert the existing building at 25893 Canal Road to an automobile sales business, according to the Orange Beach Planning Commission. The site is just west of Paris Ace Hardware. In Prichard, East Group Logistics has leased 17,400 ft2 of warehouse space at 537 South Craft Highway, according to Amanda Goldman of Stirling. In Mobile, home infusion pharmacy Burnham’s Vital Care has leased 3,000 ft2 of office/retail space in the Blue Bird Hardware building at 2724 Old Shell Road, according to Jay O’Brien of Stirling.
