According to AL.com, the owners of Kidz Future Learning Academy, a daycare center, have purchased the building they were leasing at 5739 Old Pascagoula Road in Mobile, according to Cameron Weavil of The Weavil Co., who handled the transaction. The purchase price was $414,000. In Orange Beach, The Wharf’s newest project, Portside on Main, has officially launched and will include more than 33,000 ft2 of retail, office and entertainment space along Main Street at The Wharf. Several RV parks are to be developed in Baldwin County, according to the Baldwin County Planning Commision. They include Sunset Ridge Mobile Home Park with 44 units on Highway 104 just west of Silverhill, Palm Park West with 14 units on South Boulevard in Silverhill; and Club RV Park with 231 units on Brinks Willis Road north of Keller Road in Foley.
