Pollman’s is expected to open this year. Additionally, he represented a group of local investors in the sale of a freestanding investment property at 11464 Highway 49 in Gulfport, Mississippi. Moe’s Southwest Grill is the tenant. According to court records, the property sold for $1,402,500.
