SRS Real Estate Announces Sale Of Investment Property

SRS Real Estate Partners of Mobile recently announced the sale of a local investment property in Mobile. The building housing The Hummingbird Way Oyster Bar at 351 George Street sold to Millan Enterprises, LLC, of Clarksville, Tennessee. Leigh Dale Younce, Sabrina Kortlandt, Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther, all of SRS, represented the seller in the transaction.
