Stirling Properties Update

Stirling Properties of Mobile has announced that a private investor has purchased 156 acres on Pursley Road in Loxley for future residential development. Andrew Dickman of Stirling represented the buyer in this transaction. A private investor has purchased 10 acres of land on Sgt. E.I. Boots Thomas Drive in Spanish Fort for future industrial and build-to-suit development opportunities. Dickman also represented the buyer in this transaction. McCarron Services, LLC has purchased 0.8 acre of land at 4178 Alden Drive in Mobile. Jill Meeks of Stirling handled the transaction. National Family Medical Associates, LLC dba VIPcare has leased a 2,500-ft2 suite within The Shoppes of Fairhope Village at 22530 Highway 98 in Fairhope. Meeks represented the tenant in this transaction. This VIPcare location is scheduled to be open for business in early 2024.
