Stoic Equity Partners Closes On Two Investment Assets

Stoic Equity Partners has recently finalized the acquisition of two flex industrial assets as part of its latest fund, SEP Industrial Holdings I. The first property, the Commonwealth Business Center in Louisville, Kentucky, consists of two buildings totaling 127,323 ft2 of flex space.
